From August 8 to August 12, designated by Legal Aid Center of Sichuan Provincial Department of Justice, Tahota Law Firm headquartered in Chengdu appointed five lawyers (Yang Xihai, Tang Haitao, Shang Jingyuan, Gao Fei and Li Yingzi) to be on duty for legal aid center, who would offer the legal aid services for social vulnerable groups like the second-grade disabled due to the earthquake, peasants, decoration workers, the emeritus and retired through onsite reception or telephone reply involving legal issues including compensation for demolition, inheritance succession, industrial injury indemnification, labor dispute, construction contract disputes, disputes on payment of funds for decoration, dispute on compensation for personal injury caused by traffic accident, divorce dispute, discretion of reeducation through labor determining state compensation and annoyance calls.
